I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and Synergetic Systems for your help in resolving our recent problems with our BAS system. I was especially pleased with your quick response and timely follow up in getting our system in complete working order. I want to express my gratitude for the extra attention to detail, and your genuine concern in meeting our needs. You have succeeded in being one of the few Vendors on my list that responds in a quicker than expected time frame, and you consistently exceed our expectations. Again, Thank You.

[accordion title=”Greg Leyden”]In early 2010 I was introduced to Dan Beyette of
Synergetic Systems as part of $2.5 million HVAC renovation project that would involve converting and replacing aging pneumatic control systems at three different school buildings. I could tell right away that Dan and his company were going to be different from most contractors. In the early stages of planning Dan was very thorough in trying to comprehend our existing systems and where we wanted to be at the completion of the job. Once our project was under way beginning in the summer of 2010 Dan and his team were available from start to finish helping answer any questions that came along. As you can imagine dealing with three different buildings of different ages and with different types of control systems was a challenge. During our project no one at Synergetic Systems made us feel as though it was us, the building owner, vs. them. I felt as though I was a part of the Synergetic Systems team and was always involved in any kind of solution to any issues that arose. The Synergetic Systems crew of programmers and installers were clean, polite and knowledgeable with their products. It was a refreshing change to work with a contractor such as this.
Once our project was significantly completed, one week ahead of schedule I might add, there were obviously many tweaks and adjustments that needed to be made along the way. The Synergetic Systems team was always there to answer my phone calls and emails quickly and thoroughly. Even when there were issues that weren’t related to Synergetic Systems controls or equipment they were right there with me to help correct the issues.
I can truly say that in my one year plus in working with Synergetic Systems I have been treated as though I am their only customer, even though they have a multitude of customers. The response times I receive to my questions is impeccable. Dan Beyette’s many years of experience are also a tremendous asset to the company. There is not much he hasn’t seen or done in the HVAC industry. This experience, along with the knowledge of others that work for Synergetic Systems gives me the utmost confidence that as the years go by I will continue to receive the quality service that I have grown to expect from them.
The positive experiences I have had with Synergetic Systems give me the confidence to never hesitate for one moment when asked if I would want to work with them on future projects. Although School District 13 is pretty close to 100% converted to an automated HVAC system if there is ever a future need for any other services offered by Synergetic Systems they will be the first one I call to get the job done.
